Definitions for the terms used across Vyera.

A

Agent
The part of Vyera that reviews new data and surfaces what is worth your attention, including briefings.

B

Battle card
A short, structured summary of a competitor built from the data in your workspace.
Bot blocked
The status a source shows when the competitor's site prevents automated access, so Vyera cannot read it.
Briefing
A scheduled summary of what has changed across your competitors, delivered on a cadence you set.

C

Competitor
A company you track in your workspace. Each competitor can have one or more sources.

D

Data health
A summary view of whether the sources across your workspace are running normally, paused, or unable to collect data.

I

Integration
A connection between Vyera and one of your own tools, such as Slack, that receives updates or contributes your own data.
Invoice
A billing document issued for your workspace, available to download from Plan and billing.

M

Module
A distinct area of functionality, such as pricing tracking or job listings, that can be enabled per workspace.

P

Plan
The subscription tier a workspace is on: free, growth, or scale. Plans control which modules and limits apply.

R

Report
A generated view built from the competitors and data in your workspace at a point in time, such as a briefing or comparison.
Run
A single pass where Vyera checks a source for changes. Sources run on a schedule or on demand.

S

Sign in
Authenticating into your Vyera workspace with your work email and password, or a supported single sign-on provider.
Source
A specific page or feed Vyera monitors for a competitor, such as a pricing page or a careers page.
Subprocessor
A third party Vyera uses to help provide the service, such as an infrastructure or communication provider.

Workspace
The shared account your team works in. All competitors, sources and settings belong to a workspace.
