What Vyera posts to Slack and what it never reads
Vyera only posts changes and briefings to the channel you choose, and never reads your Slack messages.
The Slack integration is one-directional. Vyera posts to the channel you chose, and that is the extent of what it does.
What gets posted
Vyera posts the same kind of changes and briefings you would otherwise see in your workspace: notable competitor changes as they are found, and the weekly briefing on its usual schedule. Posts link back to the relevant competitor or change in Vyera for the full detail.
What it does not do
Vyera does not read messages in your Slack workspace, in the channel it posts to or anywhere else. The integration only has permission to post, not to read conversation history.
It only posts to the channel currently selected in your Slack integration settings, and nowhere else. It never posts to multiple channels automatically.
It does not use anything from Slack to inform what it tracks either. The integration is purely an output channel for what Vyera already found from your competitor sources.
If you want to change the channel
You can change the channel at any time without disconnecting. See Choose a Slack channel.
