What happens when you run out of credits
Manual actions stop. Scheduled runs keep going and everything already generated stays readable.
When your credit balance reaches zero, actions you trigger yourself stop until you have credits again. Nothing else changes.
What keeps working
- Scheduled runs continue on your plan's normal schedule
- Everything already generated stays readable
- Your integrations keep posting
- Your weekly briefing still generates, on plans that include it
Running out of credits does not stop Vyera tracking your competitors. It only stops the actions you start yourself.
What stops
Manual actions, meaning anything you trigger on demand rather than something that runs on a schedule.
Three ways to continue
- Wait for your allowance to reset. Plan credits reset on your subscription date each month.
- Upgrade your plan for a larger allowance. See Comparing plans.
- Buy top-up credits, which are available immediately and do not reset at the end of a period. See How credits work.
What it does not do
Running out of credits does not cancel your subscription, suspend your account, or delete anything.
Nothing is queued. An action you attempt without credits does not run automatically once your allowance resets, so you will need to start it again.
