What happens to your data after cancellation

Your data is not deleted the moment you cancel, but it is worth exporting anything you need first.

Cancelling your subscription is a billing change, not an instant deletion of everything in your workspace.

What we can confirm

Your competitors, sources and their history are Customer Content: kept while your account is active, then deleted or anonymised within 30 days of the post-cancellation export window ending, with backups purged within 90 days. See Data retention periods for the full schedule.

Worth doing before you cancel

If you have battle cards or reports you want to keep, export or download them before cancelling, rather than relying on being able to retrieve them afterwards.

What it does not do

Cancelling does not delete your data the instant you confirm it. It also does not silently downgrade you to the free plan without you being told; cancellation and any resulting plan change are things you actively confirm.
