Competitor history and how far back it goes
Competitor history is kept for at least 24 months, on every plan.
Vyera keeps the history it collects for a tracked competitor for at least 24 months. This is the same on every plan.
What this covers
Snapshots, changes and signals collected for a competitor while you are tracking them. Older history remains available to view and export for the full period.
What affects it
Removing a competitor changes what happens to its history. See Removing a competitor.
Cancelling your subscription starts the deletion process described in What happens to your data after cancellation, regardless of how much history had been collected.
What it does not do
This is a minimum rather than a cap. History is not deleted at 24 months automatically, but we do not currently commit to keeping it beyond that.
It also does not apply to the free plan in the same way. The free plan produces one run, so there is no history building up over time. See What is included on the free plan.
