What Vyera collects from each competitor
Vyera collects pricing, positioning and public content changes from the sources you set up for each competitor.
For each competitor, Vyera collects information from the public sources you set up for them, grouped into a few broad categories.
Pricing
Vyera watches pricing pages for changes to the plans, prices and terms a competitor publishes, and keeps a record of what a price was before it changed.
Positioning
Vyera watches how a competitor describes itself, such as changes to headlines, feature lists and product pages, so you can see how their messaging shifts over time.
Public content changes
Vyera also tracks other public pages you add as sources, such as careers pages or announcement pages, and records when their content changes.
What it does not do
Vyera does not collect anything from private or login-gated pages. It only reads pages that are publicly available, the same way any visitor to the competitor's site could.
It does not collect data outside the sources you have set up for a competitor either. If a competitor has content on a page you have not added as a source, Vyera will not see or record it.
Vyera does not infer or guess information a competitor has not published. Everything it shows is drawn directly from a page it has actually checked, not from assumptions about what a competitor might be doing.
