Exporting and sharing a brief
Share a brief with a workspace link, or export a snapshot that shows the date it was generated.
Share a brief with a workspace link, or export a snapshot that shows when it was generated.
Open the brief you want to share
Generate or open an existing brief. See Generating a pre-meeting brief.
Share within the workspace
Select Share to get a link other team members can open.
Export for outside the workspace
Select Export to save a snapshot, which shows its generation date.
What happens next
If the meeting slips to a later date, regenerate the brief rather than reusing the export, so it reflects current data. A workspace link does not open for anyone outside your workspace.
If it does not work
- If a team member cannot open a shared link, check they still have access to your workspace.
- If you need something to send outside your workspace, use the export rather than the link.
