Why a review source is missing
Check whether the competitor has a listing there at all first, since no listing is more common than a fault.

Most common cause: the competitor has no listing there
Check the review platform directly. Most missing sources come from the competitor simply not having a listing there, rather than anything failing on Vyera's side.
Other causes, by how often they happen

These are ordered by frequency. Work through them in order rather than jumping to the last one.
- The source is not matched to your industry, so it is not covered for your workspace. See Which review sources Vyera reads.
- The competitor was added less than 48 hours ago and has not been read yet. See What happens in your first 48 hours.
- The source is failing or blocked for that competitor.
- The competitor is listed under a different name, for example after a rebrand or under a parent company.
