Service availability
Vyera is in early access and does not currently commit to an uptime figure or a service level agreement.
Where we are
Vyera is offered on an early access basis. As set out in section 3 of our Terms, we do not currently make a service level commitment, publish an uptime target, or guarantee a response time for incidents.
We would rather state that than imply a commitment we have not made.
If the Service is unavailable
Email support@vyera.ai. Support is provided by email during UK business hours, and we respond as soon as reasonably practicable.
If a page will not load for you but everything else seems to be working, see A page will not load first, since the cause is more often local than not.
What we do commit to
Some commitments are not affected by early access status. We notify you of a personal data breach affecting your data within 72 hours, as set out in section 8 of our Data Processing Agreement, and our security measures are contractual rather than best-efforts. See How we secure your data.
What it does not do
This article does not create an uptime commitment. Where your organisation requires one, contact info@vyera.ai before you subscribe rather than after.

- A page will not load
Usually a temporary connection or browser issue. Refresh first before anything else.
- How we secure your data
Your data is encrypted in transit and at rest, and access is restricted on a least-privilege basis. Vyera holds no independent security certification.
- Our data processing agreement
Vyera's DPA is published at vyera.ai/dpa and is incorporated into the Terms automatically, so there is nothing to sign.
