Prices have not updated
Check when the source last ran. Most price delays are a pending run, not a fault.
Most common cause: the source has not run yet
Pricing sources run on a schedule, not continuously. If the competitor changed their price after the last run, Vyera will not show it until the next one. This accounts for most cases.
Check this first
Open the source and look at the Last run and Status fields. If the last run is older than the source's usual frequency, select Run now to check it immediately.
Other causes, by how often they happen
Note
These are ordered by frequency. Work through them in order rather than jumping to the last one.
- The source is paused. A Paused badge on the source means it will not run until resumed.
- The competitor moved their pricing to a different page. Vyera keeps tracking the original page unless the source is updated with the new one.
- The competitor's page requires a login or blocks automated checks, so Vyera cannot read the current price. The source status will show this.
- Your plan's run frequency for this module is lower than you expect. Check the module settings to confirm how often this source is allowed to run.
What this does not mean
A delayed price is not the same as lost data. Once the source runs successfully, the correct price appears and the history is preserved from that point. Nothing needs to be re-entered.
If none of this fixes it
Send the workspace name and the source in question to the team using the request option below, and include the last run time you saw. That is normally enough for us to check the source directly.
