Setting alert sensitivity
Raise or lower how significant a change needs to be before it triggers an alert.
Raise or lower how significant a change needs to be before Vyera sends you an alert.
Open Alerts
Select Alerts from the workspace navigation.
Find the sensitivity setting
Select Alert sensitivity.
Choose a level and save
Choose a lower setting to hear about more changes, or a higher setting to hear about only the most significant ones, then confirm.
What happens next
The new sensitivity applies to alerts going forward. It does not resend anything that was already below the previous threshold.
If it does not work
- Check you are looking at the workspace-wide setting rather than a single competitor's mute setting. See Muting a competitor or source for the difference.
- If you lowered sensitivity but still are not seeing alerts, see Why you did not receive an alert.
- If you are on the free plan, this setting is not available. See Comparing plans.
