Why you received an alert

An alert means a tracked change cleared your sensitivity threshold for that alert type.

An alert means a tracked change was significant enough to clear your sensitivity threshold.

How an alert gets triggered

Vyera detects a change on a tracked source, checks it against the alert type it matches, such as a price change or new content, and then checks it against your current sensitivity setting. Only once all three line up does the alert go out.

Opening the alert itself shows you the specific change and competitor that triggered it. See Alert types explained for what each alert type covers.

What it does not do

Receiving an alert does not mean the change is the only one that happened. Smaller changes below your threshold do not generate an alert on their own, even if several of them add up.

It also does not mean the change has been reviewed by anyone at Vyera. Alerts are generated automatically from tracked data.
