Choosing which sources to track for a competitor

Turn on only the source types that actually apply to a competitor, since not every type suits every competitor.

Turn on only the source types that actually apply to a competitor.

  1. Open the competitor's sources

Select the competitor, then open Sources.

  2. Review the available source types

Check which source types are listed for this competitor.

  3. Enable or disable a source

Select Track this source next to a source to turn it on or off for this competitor.

What happens next

Not every source suits every competitor. A competitor with no public review presence has nothing for a review source to read, and one with no visible advertising has nothing for an ad library source to find. Turning off a source that does not apply keeps the competitor's page focused on the sources that actually return something.
