A competitor with no public pricing
Empty pricing fields usually mean the competitor does not publish pricing publicly, not that a source is broken.
Empty pricing fields stay empty rather than being guessed at, and that itself is a signal.
What an empty pricing field usually means
Vyera does not invent a figure when a competitor has not published one. An empty field most often means the competitor uses an opaque or enterprise-sales pricing model, quoting a price only after a sales conversation rather than on a public page.
Ruling out a broken source first
Before concluding a competitor genuinely has no public pricing, check Data health for that competitor's pricing source. A failed or blocked source looks the same as no pricing at a glance, but the two need different responses.
What it does not do
An empty pricing field does not mean Vyera failed to look. It means nothing publicly priced was found, which is a real and useful data point about how that competitor sells, not a gap to apologise for.
