Report a data accuracy issue
Send the team the competitor, source and field that looks wrong so it can be checked directly.
If something in your workspace does not match what you see on a competitor's site, reporting it directly gets it checked faster than waiting for the next run.
Open the source in question
Select Sources on the competitor, then open the source showing the incorrect data.
Note what looks wrong
Note the field or value that looks incorrect, and what you expected to see instead.
Send a request
Use the request option below and include the competitor, the source, and what looks wrong.
Before you report it
Check the Last run field first. If the source has not run since the competitor's change, this is expected and not an accuracy issue. See Why your data can look stale.
What happens after you send a request
The team checks the source directly and corrects it if something genuinely went wrong. Sending the exact competitor and source name is normally enough for us to investigate without needing to ask follow-up questions.
