Understanding Data health

Data health shows whether your sources are running normally, so you can spot problems at a glance.

Data health gives you a single view of whether the sources across your workspace are running the way they should, so you do not have to check each one individually.

What it shows

Every source is either running normally, paused, or unable to collect data, and Data health summarises this across all your sources at once. A source that has not run recently but is not due yet counts as normal. One that has failed, is blocked, or is overdue by more than expected is flagged for a closer look.

Why it matters

Checking Data health first, before opening individual competitors, tells you whether anything needs attention before you rely on the rest of your workspace. If everything is healthy, the changes you see elsewhere reflect a complete picture rather than one with gaps.

What it does not do

Data health does not tell you whether a competitor's own site has issues. It reflects Vyera's ability to check a source successfully, not the competitor's uptime or performance.

It does not mean every source has run recently either. A source can be perfectly healthy and simply not due to run yet, which is different from a source that is stale or broken. See Why your data can look stale for that distinction.

It also does not replace opening a specific source when you need the detail behind a status. Data health is a summary view, and the full history and status detail still live on each source.
