Open The Read
Select The Read from the workspace navigation.
Weight competitors
Increase the weighting for competitors that matter most to you in Competitors.
Weight change types
Increase the weighting for the kinds of change you care about most in Change types.
What happens next
Weighting raises or lowers the bar for that competitor or change type; it does not filter anything out absolutely. A heavily down-weighted item can still surface if it is significant enough.
These settings are workspace-wide, so agree the weighting with your team before changing it, since it affects what everyone sees.
If it does not work
- Dismissing individual items still carries more tuning signal than these settings alone, so keep dismissing what is genuinely not relevant. See Dismissing and snoozing items.
- If The Read still does not reflect what you expect after adjusting weighting, see How The Read decides what surfaces for the full picture.
