Competitor traffic estimates and their limits
Your own traffic is measured; a competitor's is modelled as a range, and the two should never be compared as if equivalent.
Your own traffic figures are measured from a connected source. A competitor's are modelled from public signals as a range, and the view marks the two visually distinct for this reason.
What is safe to read
Direction, magnitude, and relative share between competitors are safe to read from an estimate. Quoting the midpoint of a range as if it were a real figure is not, since the true number could sit anywhere across it. Smaller sites and ones that are not primarily search-driven tend to estimate less reliably than larger, search-heavy ones.
What it does not do
A measured figure and a competitor's estimate are not directly comparable, even though they sit side by side in the same view. Never treat a competitor's estimated range as equivalent to your own connected, measured number.

Small differences between Vyera and Google's own numbers are normal and usually come down to methodology, not error.
