What the Traffic view shows
The Traffic view shows visibility and traffic trends for your competitors and, where connected, your own site.
The Traffic view shows visibility and traffic trends for the competitors you track, drawn from search and traffic sources.
Your own data alongside competitor data
If you have connected Search Console or Google Analytics 4, your own traffic data appears alongside your competitors', so you can compare trends directly. See Search Console and GA4: what each contributes.
What it does not do
The Traffic view does not show a competitor's exact internal analytics. It reflects visibility and traffic signals inferred from public sources, not data the competitor has shared directly.
It also does not update in real time. Traffic data follows the same kind of refresh schedule as your other sources, so there is a delay between a real change and it appearing here.
