Check your company profile and any relevant integrations are filled in and connected. Most empty fields on your side come from a gap here rather than a fault. See Choosing what to compare.

- The competitor's source for that dimension is blocked or has failed recently.
- The competitor genuinely does not publish that detail anywhere Vyera can read.
- The competitor was added less than 48 hours ago and does not have enough data yet. See What happens in your first 48 hours.
