Where your data is stored
Vyera runs in Amazon Web Services' London region. Some processing, including AI generation, takes place outside the UK.
Vyera (Linvex Solutions Ltd, England and Wales) runs on AWS's London region (eu-west-2), hosting your workspace data there.
What stays in the UK
Your workspace and stored content sit in London. Some processing happens elsewhere:
| Processing | Where |
|---|---|
| Hosting and storage | United Kingdom (AWS London) |
| AI text and speech generation | US (OpenAI, Anthropic, Perplexity); US or EU (Google) |
| Payment processing | US or EU (Stripe) |
| Search and market data | EU (DataForSEO, Estonia) |
| Web data collection | US (Firecrawl) |
Subprocessor locations and international transfers
See Our subprocessors for the full list and locations. A restricted transfer outside the UK is protected by a recognised safeguard: the UK International Data Transfer Agreement, the UK Addendum to the EU Standard Contractual Clauses, the EU Standard Contractual Clauses, an adequacy decision, or, where the recipient is certified, the UK Extension to the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. Accepting our Terms authorises these transfers (Data Processing Agreement, section 10).
What it does not do
Vyera offers no choice of hosting region; all customers run in London. Nor does UK hosting guarantee full data residency, since AI generation happens outside the UK. If you need all processing within one jurisdiction, contact info@vyera.ai first.
