Changes to this list
We give at least 30 days' notice by email before adding or replacing a subprocessor, sooner if urgently required.
You may object to a new subprocessor on reasonable data protection grounds within 14 days. If we cannot accommodate it, you may cancel the affected part of the Service (DPA section 6.3).
Notes
Each subprocessor is contractually bound to obligations no less protective than our DPA; Vyera remains responsible for their performance. A restricted transfer outside the UK is protected by a recognised mechanism: the UK International Data Transfer Agreement, the UK Addendum to the EU Standard Contractual Clauses, or the UK Extension to the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
Annex 3 of the DPA is the authoritative, current list.
