A competitor is missing from a report
Check the report's scope first. Most cases are a competitor deliberately excluded, not a fault.
Most common cause: the competitor was not in scope for that report
Some reports let you choose which competitors to include when they are built. If this report was scoped to a subset of your competitors, one being missing can be deliberate rather than a fault.
Other causes, by how often they happen
Note
These are ordered by frequency. Work through them in order rather than jumping to the last one.
- The competitor was added after this report was generated. Reports reflect a point in time, not a live view.
- The competitor's only source is currently paused or blocked, so it had no data to include. See Understanding Data health.
- The competitor was removed or is no longer tracked in your workspace.
If none of this fixes it
Send the report name and the competitor you expected to see to the team using the request option below.
