A report is empty
An empty report usually means data collection has not finished yet, not that something is broken.
Most common cause: data collection has not finished yet
If your workspace or a competitor was added recently, the first full cycle of data collection can take up to 48 hours. See What happens in your first 48 hours.
Other causes, by how often they happen
Note
These are ordered by frequency. Work through them in order rather than jumping to the last one.
- No competitors are currently included in the report's scope.
- Every source for the included competitors is paused or blocked. See Understanding Data health to check.
- The report's filters exclude everything currently in your workspace.

Send the report name and roughly when you expected data to the team using the request option below.
