My plan changed unexpectedly
Check whether another team member changed it first, since plan changes are workspace-wide and visible to the whole team.
Most common cause: another team member changed it
Plan changes are workspace-wide, so anyone with billing permission can change it. Check with your team before assuming something went wrong. See Role permissions explained for who has that access.
Other causes, by how often they happen
Note
These are ordered by frequency. Work through them in order rather than jumping to the last one.
- A renewal or proration event changed your billing without changing your plan tier itself. See How proration works.
- You hit a plan limit, such as your competitor count, and the workspace behaved differently as a result rather than the plan itself changing. See What happens when you hit a limit.
- A failed payment moved your workspace to a more restricted state.
If none of this fixes it
Send what you expected your plan to be and what it shows now using the request option below.
