Enter the claim you heard, pick the competitor it is about, and generate a response.

Open the Counter Generator
Select Counter Generator from the workspace navigation.
Enter the claim
Enter the claim in Claim, as close to what you actually heard as possible.
Pick the competitor
Select the competitor it relates to in Competitor.
Generate
Select Generate.
What happens next
The specificity of your input drives the specificity of the response. A claim entered in the customer's own words, rather than paraphrased, generally produces a more usable counter.
If it does not work
- Check you are not at your monthly generation limit. See Counter limits by plan.
- Check the competitor is tracked and has enough data collected yet. See Why a counter is unavailable.
