How loss reasons are identified

Loss reasons are extracted from reviews that mention switching away from or comparing against a competitor.

Loss reasons are extracted from reviews that mention switching away from, or comparing against, a competitor.

How this is built

These mentions are grouped into recurring reasons, each shown with how often it comes up, which competitor tends to benefit, and links back to the reviews it was drawn from.

This complements your own internal win-loss data rather than replacing it. It only reflects buyers who left a public review mentioning the switch, so buyers who left quietly or gave feedback privately stay invisible here, the same as they would anywhere else.

What it does not do

Loss reasons here are not a complete picture of why you lose deals. They are one visible slice, drawn only from public reviews, and should be read alongside whatever internal win-loss process you already run rather than instead of it.
