Positioning and your company profile
Your position draws on your pages and your company profile together, while a competitor's draws on their pages alone.
Your position draws on your pages and your company profile together. A competitor's draws on their pages alone, since Vyera has no equivalent profile for them.
Why the gap itself is useful
If your company profile describes your business differently to how your public pages actually read, that gap is worth noticing on its own. It usually means your public messaging has not caught up with how you actually think about your positioning, or the other way round.
What it does not do
Your company profile does not override what your pages actually say. A visitor to your site reads your pages, not your internal profile, so the two are shown together rather than the profile simply replacing the public reading.
