Usage rights for generated assets
You own what Vyera generates for you and can use it commercially, and you are responsible for what you publish.
Who owns it
You own the outputs Vyera generates for you, subject to the Terms. You can edit, rebrand, adapt and publish them.
Can I use it commercially
Yes. Outputs are yours to use in your own marketing and business materials.
Similar outputs may exist elsewhere
Because outputs are generated from similar models working on similar public data, similar or identical outputs may be generated for other customers. Owning your output does not prevent that, as set out in section 12 of our Terms.
If uniqueness matters for a particular asset, treat what Vyera produces as a strong first draft rather than a finished piece.
Who is responsible for what you publish
You are. Outputs may contain errors, omissions or out-of-date information, and are provided for general business information rather than as professional advice. Check anything you intend to publish or rely on.
Naming a competitor
Comparative advertising, including anything that names a competitor, is regulated in many markets. Check any asset naming a competitor against your own legal guidance before publishing it, regardless of what Vyera produced.
What it does not do
Owning an output does not transfer any rights in Vyera itself, in the models used to generate it, or in the underlying source material an output describes.
