How Vyera uses AI and what is sent where
Vyera sends your content to OpenAI, Anthropic, Google and Perplexity to generate analysis, and only for that purpose.
Vyera uses third-party AI providers to turn the data it collects into readable analysis. This covers which providers are used, what reaches them, and what does not.
Which providers
| Provider | Used for |
|---|---|
| OpenAI | AI text and speech generation |
| Anthropic | AI text generation |
| Gemini AI generation | |
| Perplexity | AI search and answer generation |
All four are listed as subprocessors in Annex 3 of our Data Processing Agreement.
What is sent
Content is sent to these providers only to provide the Service to you: generating the analysis, summaries, briefings, battle cards, Studio's social media copy and images, and other outputs you have asked for. It is not sent for any other purpose.
Under our agreements with them, that content is not used to train their models. See Whether your data trains models.
When content is sent
Content goes to an AI provider when Vyera generates something on your instruction. In practice that means analysis and summaries of competitor activity, battle cards, action plans, the weekly briefing, ready-to-post social media copy and images generated by Studio, and answers when you ask Vyera a question directly.
Nothing is sent on a schedule of its own for any purpose other than producing the outputs your plan includes.
What is not sent
Google user data, meaning your Search Console and Analytics data, is not used to develop, improve or train generalised AI or machine learning models, and humans do not read it except with your explicit permission for support, where necessary for security or abuse investigation, to comply with the law, or where it has been aggregated and anonymised.
What it does not do
AI generation does not verify itself. As set out in section 12 of our Terms, outputs may contain errors, omissions or out-of-date information, and are provided for general business information only. They are not legal, financial, investment or other professional advice, and you should check anything you intend to rely on.
