Whether your data trains models

Your content is not used to train the AI providers' models, and Google user data is never used for AI training at all.

Content you put into Vyera is sent to third-party AI providers to generate your analysis and reports. Under our agreements with those providers, it is not used to train their models.

What is not used for training

Your Customer Content, your business information, and your connected account data are not used to train the models of OpenAI, Anthropic or Google.

Google user data, meaning the Search Console and Analytics data you authorise through Google's consent screen, is subject to a stricter commitment: it is not used to develop, improve, or train generalised artificial intelligence or machine learning models at all, as required by the Google API Services User Data Policy and set out in section 6 of our Privacy Policy.

What we do use

Aggregated and anonymised usage data may be used by Vyera to improve the Service's own performance and features. This is data that no longer identifies you, your business, or any individual.

Separately, non-personal market data such as keyword metrics and search results data may be cached and reused across customers, so the same underlying market data does not have to be fetched repeatedly. This is market data, not your data.

What it does not do

Being cached across customers does not mean your account data or private business information is shared with other customers. It is not, at any point.

It also does not mean your outputs are unique. As set out in section 12 of our Terms, because outputs are generated from similar models and similar public data, similar or identical outputs may be generated for other customers. Owning your outputs does not prevent that.
