Ad transparency libraries do not publish instantly. An ad you saw today can take a few days to appear in the source Vyera reads.
Other causes, by how often they happen

- The platform, ad category, or region it ran in is not covered by any public library. See Which ad platforms Vyera watches.
- The ad was run by a reseller or affiliate rather than the competitor directly, so it is not attributed to them.
- The competitor is not tracked yet.
