My numbers look wrong
A small mismatch against Google's own numbers is usually normal. Check the connected property first.
Most common cause: normal differences from Google's own tools
Small differences from Google's own numbers are expected and usually not a fault. See Why Vyera's numbers differ from Google's for why this happens.
Other causes, by how often they happen
Note
These are ordered by frequency. Work through them in order rather than jumping to the last one.
- The wrong property is connected, so you are comparing against the wrong site's data.
- The data has not refreshed since the period you are checking. See Understanding Data health.
- You are comparing different date ranges without realising it.
If the difference still seems too large
Contact the team using the request option below and include the specific numbers you are comparing.
