Delete your account and data
Email support@vyera.ai to delete your account. Data is deleted within 30 days, with backups purged within 90.
Deleting your account removes your workspace and the data in it, on the timeline below.
Export anything you want to keep first
Deletion is not reversible. Export battle cards, reports or anything else you need before you start.
Cancel any active subscription
See Cancel your subscription. Cancelling stops billing; it does not delete your account on its own.
Email support@vyera.ai
Ask for your account to be deleted, and include the workspace name and the email address on the account.
What happens and when

On written request we will confirm deletion once it is complete.
What is kept
Billing records are retained for six years, as UK tax law requires. Aggregated or anonymised data that no longer identifies you, your business or any individual is outside the scope of deletion, as set out in section 12 of our Data Processing Agreement and section 10 of our Terms.
What it does not do
Deleting your Vyera account does not change anything in your connected third-party accounts. Vyera's access to them ends, but your Slack workspace, Search Console property and Google Analytics property are unaffected and remain yours.
It also does not delete a workspace you are only a member of. Removing yourself from someone else's workspace and deleting your own account are different actions.
