UK GDPR and your rights
You can access, correct, delete, restrict, object to, or receive a copy of your personal data. Email support@vyera.ai and we respond within one month.
Under UK and EU data protection law you have rights over your personal data. These are the rights and how to use them.
Your rights

How to exercise a right
Email support@vyera.ai. Include the workspace name and the email address on the account so we can identify the right data.
We respond within one month. We may need to verify your identity first, particularly where a request comes from an address that is not on the account.

If you are unhappy with our response
You have the right to complain to a supervisory authority. In the UK this is the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk. If you are in the EU or EEA, you may contact your local data protection authority.
If your data is in someone else's workspace
Where a Vyera customer has put your personal data into their workspace, they are the controller of it and we act as their processor. If you contact us about data in a customer's workspace, we will direct you to them rather than responding substantively, as set out in section 7 of our Data Processing Agreement.

Email support@vyera.ai to request a copy of your data. We respond within one month.
- Delete your account and data
Email support@vyera.ai to delete your account. Data is deleted within 30 days, with backups purged within 90.
- Data retention periods
Most data is kept while your account is active and deleted within 30 days after, with backups purged within 90 days. Billing records are kept for six years.

Vyera's DPA is published at vyera.ai/dpa and is incorporated into the Terms automatically, so there is nothing to sign.
